I don't know if it is me.. but the RS110s look bigger than most 18s.. almost 19ish from some angles. Must be the open center.. they look great!!

I got a kick telling the Porsche owners that they were inspired by the similar rim on Champion sponsored Porsche racecars.

BTW, i'm thinking that the rear could use a spacer. It seems tucked in relative to the SSR Comps on the rear (17mm effective offset on my setup, 27 offset with the Tirerack 10mm spacer).

The other 'problem' i have now is that i don't really like the PS2's as a semi-track tire. Maybe its too early since they are still a bit green. Maybe i should run the SSR comps as street rims and use the RS110's as the track rim (which was yours & Shep's original intent). I just like the RS110's too much to run them only on track... uhm, i guess maybe i should buy a 2nd set...

The offset on that wheel is meant for big rubber! Effectivly it is centered or close to is (we are talking a mm here). I think everyone is running a 285 Rcomp on that rim and it would accomidate bigger with some creative thinking and some very slight work on the inside/front-edge of the rear fender well.

However they size the slicks.. 286/60 something? It should work... that 10 rear is meant for BIG rubber otherwise it will look sunken in some. A 295/30/18 street tire sould fit perfectly fine so long as the car is not ghetto slammed!

I wanted to have a nearly square setup for the street, 265 fr 275 rear. I also didn't want the 5% gearing reduction by going to a 285/35. I'm thinking about a 10mm spacer...

SA Konis w/ 500# front, 550# rear. Sways, street camber plates, front LCA bushings & rear stability kit. Only lowered a tad due to my steeeeep driveway. 13.4" rear & 13.8" front (avg).

I run a 5mm spacer on the RG8 10x18 with a 275/35/18 on the track... They are also meant for bigger than 275 rubber too. But with a 265/35/18 front on the track the handling is very balanced and superb!

My next set of track rubber will be Rcomp.. and I will move to that 285 and possibly ditch the spacer.

I set it to ~3.5 before going to the track. The front kinda sticks out a little :-)
