Dealership has a 2004 demo with 5600 miles.

* MSRP is 59K
* KBB states cost is $52K and used value (where you would start negotiations) is also $52K
* Has very nice chromed 22's and billet grill (additional markup is $9K....almost 3 times cost from what I can see)

Questions are:

* What should I offer?
* Is the Conquest rebate of $1500 still avaialble?
* Any additional incentives for the dealer to sell 2004?
* Should I opt for a 2005 instead?

Very mooking forward to being and Escalade newbie!

I just bought a 2003 Lade with 25k miles for $40k - silver w/pewter interior with custom wheels. It's only one year old (Dec. 2003). That's from a dealer in CA. Personally, the 22" wheels are too big. I'd go with 20's. Make sure that the DVD system is hooked up properly, these cars have so many electronics that you have to be careful when you hook things up.
