I want to buy a 95' or 96' s320, and was wondering if itís true that the transmission was improved in the 97+ models? or how can I tell if there were actually transmission changes thru this time? If anyone can give me some info. or a source for this info. that would be greatly appreciated

Thank you

I have a black on gray 96 S320 LWB. Be weary of the transmissions and make sure its been serviced regualryl. Thankfully mine was a Starmarkerked car and it was replaced at 98K by the dealer here in Phoenix - I bought it at 107K. Runs like a top now.....

If you have any interest in mine , e-mail me - jdd6ft6@yahoo.com

Good luck
