The 95 E300 Diesel has a 3.0-liter DOHC 24-valve inline 6-cylinder diesel with 134 hp at 5,000 rpm and 155 lb-ft @ 2,600 rpm. Here is some more information on the W124 (86-95 E class).

http://www.mbusa.com/brand/container.jsp?/overview/overview_engine.jsp?spec=2&subNav=overview&yearModelCode=88_D300&class=88_E&rnav=024568&menu=2_1

A performance chip can boost hp from 134 hp to 150 hp and torque from 155 lb-ft of torque to 172 lb-ft of torque. Check the following link:

Make sure you have an great independent Mercedes-Benz dealer check the car.
