Around the 15th of March we purged and deleted membership accounts w/ bad email addresses on file, incomplete information, and/or what seemed to be bogus info. If you can no longer login to your account then your account was purged and you need to re-register. Having the ability to login to email does not mean your account is safe. We will delete all non-Inner Circle member email accounts shortly.

members will be unable to post when you say, <i>"We will delete all non-Inner Circle member email accounts shortly.</i>

Please confirm that non inner circle members will still be able to post. If any changes will be made to the privledges granted non IC members, please clarify.

Thanks.<p align="center"><a href="http://www.fmjmotorsports.com">

first you deleted my account, even though all contact info was correct and up to date

second, you are suggesting to re-register but without providing any real solution to maintaining email messages. I have more than 500 messages in my inbox containing summaries of points of interest discussed on the boards over the last several years. Can you tell me how am I supposed to save them?

somehow firefox had retained my login, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to even post this!

If you want to save your email account you have to either become an Inner Circle member or download them to your computer. Free email accounts have been nothing but a problem since we started offering them 5+ years ago. The fraud and abuse is ridiculous. We can't take time away from paying customers, inner circle members, etc. to maintain free email accounts.

the opportunity to upgrade before you gratuitously delete their accounts.

I'm fine with the policy of pay-to-play. That makes all of the sense in the world. I'm NOT fine with giving me no warning to move all of those years of email and contacts, not to mention files in the webspace that I don't have anymore (laptop was recently stolen and I hadn't finished gathering all of the online files back) and current eBay auction contacts.

Carrie,

You were given 90 days notice, you were emailed plus a post was stickied at the top of each and every forum for 60+ days. If that's not enough notice, I guess we'll send a limo w/ a sealed envelope next time.
