Do a search on the straight e28 forum here. and pay attention to the posts from Shawn D. He even has a spreadsheet worked out and ready for download. '87 528e "is" 214.5k '88 M5 193k (Head removed, ready for reassembly) Dinan gen.1 OEM Front & Rear Fuzz-buster

Alternatives Well, here's another question - if I decided to go with a new set (gulp!) what other BMWs share the same bolt pattern & offset? Finding rims for an e28 is a little limiting - there must be wheels listed for other models that fit ours. Lead me, o wise ones.

Look around for places that exchange for core like rimpro.com. I got a flyer from them at the Kimball's farm thing in Mass last year. '87 528e "is" 214.5k '88 M5 193k (Head removed, ready for reassembly) Dinan gen.1 OEM Front & Rear Fuzz-buster

Need a wheel Posted a while ago about a damaged Borbet rim - now officially beyond repair. So... anybody have any idea on finding a Borbet model S 18x8 rim? Tire Rack has the right style, but not in 18". I really don't want to buy a whole set if I can help it.
