MA had very similar language and covered DEs

However, they changed it several years back to exclude any event on a racetrack. IANAL, but this looks like coverage to me.

He still needs to check with his agent or call

Progressive directly, unless you are his agent.

    Work currently for Progressive

In mid 2004 a modified e36 m3 was damaged at a local track, and it was a covered loss. It was deemed that it was not a timed racing event, therefore it was covered. It was considered driving school.

I wouldn't consider this coverage at all.

Here's my insurance policy, am I ok?

I have progressive insurance, the following is listed under exceptions:

bodily injury or property damage resulting from any pre-arranged or organized racing, speed or demolition contest, stunting activity, or in practice or preparation for any such contest or activity.

The event is a BMWCCA event here locally, obviously its not a race or timed event but this is my first time with my own car. My thinking is that since I'm going to a D\E not a CONTEST I would covered if worse came to worse. I signed up last year but bailed at the last minute because I was afraid of no insurance coverage.

    What do you all think?
