yeah...I know. I am cooling off. Not going to do anything hasty to ruin this now. Valve sizes appear the same as per my HTK. 37 and 32 for both. This little spiggut might be hard to get, but I'll get it.
yeah...I know.
Re: part number help desperately needed Seth.. time to cool off anddo some Internet research. I have noidea if the Euro valves are the samesize as the US ones. If you have the ETK and TIS installed on your PC search through the technical section of the TIS for valve specs. I did this long ago and found a bunch of info for my rebuild project. Also search the Web for S14 info and I'm sure you'll be able to find what your looking for. Philo. -------------

Re: part number help desperately needed I am answering my own questions-- euro head and US head have same diameter intake and exhaust valves. is that correct??
Re: part number help desperately needed I kinda found it searching the euro 86 htk. It is listed as a connector and the pn is 11 12 1 307 249. I can't tell if this is the bigger thread version or not. Say...if this is an 86 head, any chance it is a euro head and may have bigger valves that will contact my pistons when I try to start it??????
part number help desperately needed Hello all -- in finishing the head swap I noticed a part I need, but can't locate on the HTK. It is a cooling system "spiggut" that is on the front of the head, intake side. It connects to one of the 2 small coolant hoses. problem is the one from my original 88 m5 head is too small to fit in the new old stock head that is dated 86. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
