Re: Looking for CS I have one you might want to look at. It is currently at a car lot to be sold as soon as the front windshield is replaced. Car has triple webbers on it and runs very well. Email me or call Pete (at the car lot) at 1-706-660-1900, Sports and Imports, Columbus, Ga. Thanks.

Re: Looking for CS Thanks for your thoughts. Much appreciated. I have a bit to learn about the e9. I hate rust and I hate repairing it even more. The e9coupe site looks good and I had been there, however as you state the classified section is currently empty. I am trying to decide between a "needs restoration" vs "been restored". I like the price of "been restored" better but I always find myself going back through the car again anyways because nobody ever does the work the way I like it. Cheers, Drew
Re: Looking for CS First off, e9's rust. And rust and rust and rust. The only rust-free e9 just rolled out of a shop after a full bare-metal resto. Get real about that before you jump in, and get educated on what to look for because it's not cheap to fix. Finding a car that someone else has spent the money on to fix is smart, because current market prices top below $20k and a proper resto can cost twice that unless you have metal working skills. Many good e9's end up on eBay. So do some bad ones. Visit www.e9coupe.com, that's where the e9 guys are. Ask if anyone is selling, because the classified section there was just rebuilt and has little in it. And don't get sucked in by Bimmer Brothers in Cali, their cars are overpriced, the ones I've seen look like they got a Tijuana restoration. Tony
Looking for CS Does anybody know of another e9 'cars for sale' site other than the one here at roadfly? I am looking for a $10-20K e9. Will consider just about anything, but prefer something close to original with no previous chassis rust repairs.
