Where is the leak? Rear of transmission on right side? If so, it's probably the mechatronics sealing sleeve. Very common.

Transmission leak
Wondering if anyone encounter this. I had my teansmission replaced at 32k on my 02 745i and now a year later with 41k i noticed a leak.
how could that be possible 9k later and transission leak...
the car just went out of warranty last month.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
