    #1 - check your AFM for smooth operation...

    ... if it hangs, even slightly, it could cause a bog.

    For #2, I agree with Jim - it's normal. Sometimes my car does it, sometimes it doesn't. Don't worry about it, just blip the throttle.

    For problem 1- have u checked ur plugs? Less than $15 to replace. Use Bosch or ngk NOT platinum

    For problem 2- that is normal. Every e28 I've ever had did the same thing

    88 535is 2 crazy problem

    am having this problem for some time now.when driving and my rpm get around 2rpm its seem like i have a flat-spot or bocking, like am not getting no gas.the car idle fine and around 3rpm is fine no trouble.i change the afm,tune up,8mm wires,main realy and cpu. will try refrence sencer,trottle position senser.i have these parts around no problem.2 problem, when i start the car i notice all the light stays on.the only 1 goes off is the oil pressure light,i have to tap on the accelerator and they goes off. eny help wavell
