Please correctly re-type the phrase f o o t b a l l t e a m in the form box. Re-type it without the extra spaces and put the one space where it should be. We apologize for having to do this but this silliness helps slow the spammers.
"Euro" 323's had a actual distributor........... ...at the front lower left of the engine, below the thermostat housing. The USA cars have a aluminum plug there as they have a distributor cap mounted directly on the front of the engine in front of the camshaft.

M20 engine id can anyone please tell me a simple way of id'ing what M20 motor i have just had donated to me, i am told it was from an E30 323, but to me it looks just like an older model M20b20, i.e. it has the same oil filter housing as the 320 and not the same as the 325 but thats as good as i can do with my limited knowledge any helpful comments much appreciated Brian
