Did you notice you answered a post that was almost 2 years old? The Jag has already been shipped to MA and then back the SD.

I wish....no, it belongs to a friend, it's at his(

fathers house in San Diego and needs restoration. All of the shops out there want ~$80K to do it. I have a friend that specialize in English restorations, he thinks it can be done for 1/2 that amount.

Re: OT...shipping a car from CA to MA (m)

I used Magic Carpet Auto Transport a year ago CA to NH; a running BMW and open carrier, but they do offer enclosed carrier service. Magic Carpet got EZ Load from Aurora, CO to pick up my car, and the service was fine. They give you a small a refund if you make a favorable comment on their rating website, although it took six months to receive the check in my case. Whatever. I would recommend them.

OT...shipping a car from CA to MA (m)

Anybody have recommendations on what vehicle transporter to use to ship a non running '53 Jag back to MA? It should be in an enclosed carrier.
    Thanks in advance.
