    Re: Antenna Drive Belt

BavAuto still carries them. I replaced mine a couple years ago. Works great.

    Okay, here we go...

The belt is marked: Continental S4
Antennaworld.com sold this item separately. I'm not sure if the website is still up and running, but it was under section: Auta6000EL/Mercedes Benz.

I wrote up a review on rebuilding the Hirschmann antenna years ago in Norm Grill's Big Coupe technical library section. Still might be available.

If you cannot find a replacement, I might have the part in storage, but will need to rummage around. If you address is in CONUS it might work out.Joe

    I bought one years ago...

I specifically purchased the toothed drive belt for my Hirschmann electric antenna years ago. I can do some research and come up with the website. Stand by.Joe

    Antenna Drive Belt

Okay, let's see how you guys do with esoterica! The little toothed drive belt in my Hirschmann electric antenna is stripped. This is the 65_0876 antenna for all y'all who have the BMW parts catalogue CD. It's a shame to toss the whole unit; anyone know where I can get a replacement belt? The belt is about 1-1/2" (38mm) dia x 6mm wide.
