My Windshield washer hose has split.

That hose is more than likely the fording hose. I keeps your transfer case vent high so water doesn't enter the gear box. At the most you will find a clip it fastened to. The end of it should have a plastic vent in it. It is needed if you do any water crossings without a bridge..

I bought a packaged 7/32" hose 6ft long, Prestone brand #WV0732 for $2.99. and an assortment of vacuum connectors, Vacu-tite(Dorman) brand #47307 for $1.99. (connectors used to connect the hose to nozzle. I used 1/4" connectors for this.)
Basically all the factory plastic hoses broke in the process of removal, including the L shaped plastic hose that goes through grommet. I was able to save/reuse the factory "Y" connector. I also replaced a short section of flex hose, between L shaped plastic hose and the union at Hood Lift-support. I had to use a drill and drill bits to make the hole on the grommet a little bigger. I warmed up the grommet in hot water, used some liquid soap and 7/32" hose went through the grommet just fine.
Windshield washer works just like factory once again. All for less than $5 in parts from Autozone. I actually ended up with a few inches of hose left.

Had the same problem. Purchased a 5/16" hose, 6 ft long, from Autozone, a Y vacuum plastic fitting, and 4 small hose clamps all for $10. Open the cabin filter holder under hoodand locate the plastic hose. Remove from rubber grommit and replace with 5/16" hose. Take grill cover all off on top off hood and remove old hosing from sprayers. Route new rubber hose under hood grill. Split hose with y fitting to the two sprayers. Works like a charm now all for ten bucks.

Had some problem. Take a section of the hose(to match diameters) to your local home depot/lowes and buy a section long ebough for your repair. Get a couple of corresponding hose clamps and your on your way. You can certainly go to the dealer for the parts. Your call.

My Windshield washer hose has split.

So, when I turn on the washer, All the fluid comes out the passenger side of the car. Half of the fluid comes out the nozzle and the other half comes out of the grille around the washer nozzles.

I removed the grille and found out the hose isn't just a rubber hose, it's pre-bent plastic with a molded barbed fitting to fit into the nozzle.

Has anyone else had this problem? Do I get a replacement hose from the stealer? I figure that the cost for the hose from them has to be into three figures.

Or is there a way to buy a hose from AutoZone and use that as a replacement?

    Any solutions out there?

    TIA,
    Charlie
