Re: Yep, I certainly do know I looked up Charles DeGaulle on google and clicked on "do you mean Charles De Gaulle?" Why would you make fun of something in which people got killed as JP says? Why would anyone have respect for you?
Re: Yep, I certainly do know
Re: Bugatti *correction Not a building but a terminal.
Re: Bugatti
Bugatti Those ACS BMWs are utterly tasteless. Period. Why are you making fun of a building that collapsed? This is a Bugatti Type 41 Royale.
Bugatti
Andy, you pencildikk, you can\'t even discern > beyween "your" and "you're". You are too stupid to lecture us on anything when you have a room temperature IQ & a 3rd grade level of English.

really? I never heard of it getting banned, got Why would it get banned? it was a purely mechanincal system....hmmm<p align=center> <img src="http://homepage.mac.com/booboo/.Pictures/axis.jpg"height=180 width=180"> <img src="http://www.vmsc.org/fun/images/topslalom.gif"WIDTH=180 HEIGHT=100> <img src="http://www.corriere.it/Media/Foto/2003/08_Agosto/21/loghini/milan1.gif"ALIGN=CENTER> </p>

you are a horrible POS. People got killed there.
About OPT (Educated answer, AndyO, take notes) Few facts about OPT: The tire wars in F1 took a controversial turn after it was revealed that Michelin was developing a radical rear-suspension system that was made made available only to Renault. This is back in early 2003. It is true that Renault had been testing a rear-suspension system that originated with Michelin and named OPT, it translates as Optimum Contact Patch Testing have been on-going since late in 2002. Info made it public early/mid 2003. What OPT does is automatically adjust the camber in the rear wheels to allow the maximum amount of tire-surface-to-road-surface contact while the car is cornering. It essentially becomes a new generation of traction control without using the technology. This gives the Renaults a tremendous advantage in acceleration off the corners over its competitors. OPT is a mechanical suspension device permitting the best contact with the track. usually, this contact is lost when a normal car leans over in a corner, but OPT uses a complex linkage that keeps the wheel upright even when the car is tilted in a corner. For the Renaullt, this system translates into significant improvement in lap times, cornering performance, in acceleration and braking, as well as improving the wear from the tires. This added to the fact that Renault lowered the CG, allowed them to be able to use SOFTER compound tires. Of course Michelin provides different compounds to the teams, BUT Renaults was able to use the SOFTER ones whereas the other teams could not benefit from those due to chassissetup and excessive wear. Renault has been in on the new technology from the start, did all the testing for Mcihelin, UNFORTUNATELY OPT got banned.

Thanks AC Glad to hear your educated answers.
Thanks AC
what\'s the controversy here? of course Michelin has different compuonds for teams to choose from.... and it is true that there is a Michelin designed and patented suspension "trick" that is exclusive to Renault. I think it's called something like constant contact something or other. So yeah in a sense Renault is getting extra help from Michelin.<p align=center> <img src="http://homepage.mac.com/booboo/.Pictures/axis.jpg"height=180 width=180"> <img src="http://www.vmsc.org/fun/images/topslalom.gif"WIDTH=180 HEIGHT=100> <img src="http://www.corriere.it/Media/Foto/2003/08_Agosto/21/loghini/milan1.gif"ALIGN=CENTER> </p>
what\'s the controversy here?
WRONG Last year, due to their chassis set up, wide engine, lower CG.... Renault was able to use softer compound tires. Stop your BS, please. If you want to be loud about F1, get your things straight first.
WRONG
You are getting really annoying, stop your BS
Re: Techno Stylin' Show some respect for big wheels! They know how to style their rides! <img src="http://www.donzwheelz.com/_common/images/gallery/events/sema03/big/Picture%20091.jpg">
Re: Techno Stylin'
Techno Stylin\' U gotta luv them Germans when it comes to stylin, rather have these German designers like: AC Schnitzer Lorinser Oettinger Antera Azev Too name a few, when's the last time the French designed anything acceptable, besides the CLIO??? LOL
Techno Stylin\'
Re: Yep, I certainly do know Perhaps when I lose good taste I'll drive one of these... <img src="http://www.ac-schnitzer.de/modelle/modelle_img/x3/acs3_x3_rear_03.jpg"> <img src="http://www.ac-schnitzer.de/modelle/modelle_img/6er/acs6_frontal_01.jpg">
Yep, I certainly do know That's right, your still in the Paul Bracq era LOL I wonder if the famous frenchman had any relatives or protoge's that designed the terminal at Charles DeGaulle that collapsed Sunday??? LOL
Yep, I certainly do know
Re: Cayenne-Touareg Clone Who freaking cares if Henrik Fisker is helping Mercury? Doesn't your $500/year Automotive news tell you that stuff?
Re: Cayenne-Touareg Clone
Cayenne-Touareg Clone BMW tried talking Porsche out of copying the lesser priced VW but Porsche didn't listen. After all BMW makes the front fenders for the BOXSTER Henrik Fisker, when is the Mercury edition coming out??
Cayenne-Touareg Clone
Re: Let\'s See Why are you telling me who to admire? I like Henrik Fisker and Ian Callum. I like the BMW Turbo concept and the E24 and Paul's other cars. I could truly care less about Chris Bangle (except for the E46). He has ruined part of BMW, imo. Why didn't he just copy the 911?
Re: Let\'s See
Let's See Took Jarno Trulli 119 starts for his first win. JPM won last year after 2 years in F1, and JPM very successful in CART as well as Indy 500 winner. RS also has 6 wins, and will defend his win next week at Nurburgring. Next stupid comment please. Your posts are not very enlightening either "Paul Bracq Fan" time to find a modern designer and quit admiring the past designers, 6 series E24 was his shining accomplishment with BMW. Deleted post, No big deal, more to come.
Let's See
