That's true, and it's also why MS hates him
Juan gets the job if I were hiring!!! Juan wants it and will fight for it. Ralf is passive and does not attack for postion, rather ralf chooses to sit back and hope the car ahead will have an off. I like Juan's tenacious style. Sure he has made some bum decisions. But gotta respect a guy who has the stones to push spoony around :) Mark M

Hit 'em both simultaneously...
Re: Ralf is a I agree with Richard's comments. I would add that Juan can be emotional, and make bad decisions on occassion, but that will improve with age and maturity. With time, and support, Juan has a much higher upside than Ralph. Juan is tenacious, driven, and "wants it". Ralph needs to get some "stones" before he can ever reach his true potential.

Ralf is a \"race car driver\" Juan is a \"racer\" & there is a BIG difference IMO. When the car, tires & situation are near perfect, RS can be very fast-he has won his share of poll positions & his race wins have generally been \"run aways\" (not that there isn\'t a lot of THAT going on!). His weaknesses- seldom passes ANYBODY. When the car is not perfect, he appears to be very complacent He is so submissive to his brother that MS might as well have 2 team mates, not one. JPM will attempt to \"carry\" a bad car on \"his back\" if he has to- he is the consumate \"battler\"- he backs down from no one. Weaknesses- he\'s made more than his share of bad decisions in the car (although fewer than his critics will admit)& is highly emotional- last year he got so PO\'s about the way Williams was treating him (botched pit strategy, etc) that I recall him essentially \"giving up\" in one race. IMO, this is why he signed with McLaren. RichardM///3 Delaware USA 02'M36 Speed, 1/02 Build Alpine White/Imola Red Leather "Life is too short not to drive an ///M"

Actually, I would pick Hiedi Klum!
Agreed!, Who would you hire for same $? At any givin' time either driver is good. But who's law of averages is better?

IMO RS is like a switch, he's on or he's way off.. JPM seems to want to fight the car. It seems if the car is not doing exactly what he wants it to, he'll try and make it. The walrus seems to be coming around too. I hope they can turn things around and get atleast a few victories.Steven 1990 M5 2000 Land Rover DII

Connie! Connie! Connie! Connie! Connie!
LMFAO!!!! Priceless, is that picture in his new book?
LMFAO!!!!
Ralf or Juan? I think Ralf is quicker when the car is set up good. Montoya appears to be better in rain, cold tires, and in an inferior car. If both the cars were set up good I think Ralf would take it.
Ralf or Juan?
