    lot lighter, so the life of WP is longer. Some of the graf has these. You have to check, some graf's have cust impeller.

    you can get a Stewart, high performance wp or a Graf (?), it has a metal propeller.

    I bought a 99 M3 a couple of months ago. The previous owner gave me a new water pump that he intended to install as a preventative measure. The one I removed was the original and the impeller was NOT plastic. I was surprised since I thought all E36's had the plastic impeller from the factory. Your car might be just like mine.

    Which year(s) is the water pump impellar made of plastic? I have a 1999 M3 and want to know if I need to replace it. Thanks!
