Re: RTFM - the manual is confusing at least mine is. There are two steps that appear to to be the same in the manual, you do have to hit the select twice to get to the RESET stage. The graphic in my manual is not correct.
Re: RTFM - the manual is confusing
Re: RTFM - the manual tells how to turn off the 06 E90 doesn't use in-tire pressure sensors, but monitors wheel speed to indirectly calculate tire pressure (differences). The 07+ E9x cars use the in-tire sensors.

Re: RTFM - the manual tells how to turn off Thanks. I didn't have a chance to get out the manual this morning on the way to work. Will check it out. Thanks for the info.
RTFM - the manual tells how to turn off But it might be indicating a fault in the system or one of the in-tire TPMS units.

damn tire pressure light Light came on yesterday and I checked all the tires. All are fine within a couple of pounds of where they are supposed to be. No tires have been replaced since I bought it a year ago. Tread is fine. Light will not go off. It is red in color so I am assuming that it means elevated level. Isn't there a reset tool that can be used to take that damn light off?
