This sounds like a fuse or power problem The voice recognition module and telephone control module are separate components. However, they are both not working; therefore it seems like a general issues rather than a single module. I would double-check the fuses. Replace them anyway, even if they look good. If the fuses are OK, it could be a bad car battery or a bad ignition switch.

voice activation The button on my steering wheel no longer registers the elctronic "beep" and the voice activation of the car is no longer working. This affects voice dialing, the integrated phone, and navigation. The phone no longer works when connected to the phone. The fuses are no blown, the phone works outside of the car. Can anyone provide advice? Where to start? thank you.
