There are all-season run-flats; you almost certainly have the Bridgestone RE050A RFT (could have the Michelin PS2). There are no run-flat all-season tires that fit the 18" rims (if you have them).
So if you want all-season tires, you have to go to a non-run-flat, which means you need a spare or tire mobility kit (flat-fixer goop and pump). If you didn't have any problems (and it looks like you didn't), why change? Although many people have had problems (both early wear and problems with quality with the initial run-flats), many people (like my son) have gone 30K miles (which is all you can expect of any high-performance tire).
