E38 vs 08 750 ride quality.

Anybody with experience with both a E 38 and a new E 66?

What is a good comparison as far as ride and handling quality.

Just got a 08 750 CPO car and the ride and handling sucks compared to my 96 740il. Is this common or do I have a problem. The car does not take corners well and is very road sensitive.

I have a lot of road time in both the E38 and E66. The E66 is definitely smoother and quieter than the E38. The E66 also handles better when you push it with less body roll.
