Rough idle and running too lean

My 2003 BMW 530i has been running rough for the lst month or so. My brother has a check engine meter and the code tells me that it is running lean plus miss firing in cylinder 1 & 2. I replaced the ignition coils for 1 & 2. But still running lean making it really rough. What do I need to do next to make it not run lean?

is this an E39 or E60? If its an E39 you should take a close look at the intake boot or fast way to tell is spray some carb cleaner or brake cleaner on the intake boot. If the idle changes that would indicate your leak. They tend to develop a "tear" within the elbow to the idle valve.

Have "08" 535 xi (~76K miles) runs rough @ idle until warm up ( 10 mins). Had codes checked and injector system cleaned. Please other suggestion to cure problem.
