Have you checked for the damage on the wiring
and the socket of you sensor, Also, what sensor brand you've used?

Any oil in the sparkplug wells?
Re: Engine does not start
I have just changed the Sparkplugs and there there is no Oil there.
I have today checked the Wiring from the Camshaft sensor to the ECU and this are Fine all 3 wire.
I have also mesured at ECU pin 64, 65 & 43, with a schope today but aim not sure how the sigla shall look, I sopose it shall look somthing like CrankShaft Sensor on ECU PIN 48, 83.
Check fuel pressure...possibly a failing fuel pump
