We meant to run down there a few times last summer, was amazing how the summer flew by and we never made it down.
Bunch of my friends run down there seems like every weekend through the summer.

you use that shoulder for? For instance, I play the sax - would I still be able to play or is there an extended period in a sling?
i'd guess you could play in 3-4 weeks, depending on which part of the cuff you damaged.
Spent the rest of the weekend annoying the neighbors! ;)
