Here's my response to a similiar question on Feb 02, 04.
I retired a little over 5 years ago after a 30 plus year career in the commercial construction industry.
Early last year I completed development of a daily CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) report system for BMW dealers. I am currently in the process of trying to sell my CSI report service as an independent contractor (consultant) to several BMW dealers.
Everyone can help me by asking your BMW dealer about their CSI and asking them what they are doing to improve their CSI. If they want to improve their CSI I can help them. My system works if a dealer is truly interested in using my report system to improve their operational results.
Please note that I am not affiliated with any BMW dealer.
