Harbor Freight 18V driver that I use to speed up the process. A cordless impact will be able to remove bolts by itself. My plain ol driver requires me to break them loose first. You always want to do the final torque with a good torque wrench to be sure you're getting what you want, and you'll be double-checking torque by hand through the weekends anyway.

When you're replacing the bolts, always start them by hand. Trying to start them with any kind of wrench or driver is formula for di$a$ter
