I live in Columbia. There is a local group here; although, I have yet to attend a function.
I saw one of your posts the other day on the e39 board. I have an 00 540 6. (Augh, currently trying to figure out the water on the passenger floor issue)
Yeah, I have a 2000 M5. What part of columbia are you in?? Do u know what kind of functions they have??
I live in Northeast columbia. Where are you located?
I thought about going to the zaino clinic in clt today, but I need to do a little yardwork. Also, I need to fix my a/c leak, PIA.
How do you like the 00 m5? That is a great color combo? Shoot me an email we can grab a beer and talk shop about our e39s. blackjd1@juno.com
The local chapter, Sandlappers, meets once a month somewhere over in W. Columbia. Grecian Gardens, I think. I am going to shoot a couple of people over there an email to see if they are going to the petite lemans this year.

Sounds good. I work right on two notch. The M5 is great. Its Avus Blue with Silverstone Interior. If youre ever hungry come on in to Harbor Inn Seafood. Ask for Tommy.
I was thinking of purchasing one for the X5, but from your post it looks like a major PIA.
Actually its not that bad. Now that ive installed one, it would probably take me about 15 minutes to do it again and to do it right. I now know what to check to make sure its ok before i even attempt to install. I havent figured everything out yet but im thinking all i need to do is move the bluetooth antenae inside the cabin and get the car coded, which is happening tomorrow and that will solve my problem. Once it sfully up and running well meet up and you can test it out yourself.
Let me know when you want to hook up. I am debating the bluetooth install and ipod.
i would say go for it. Im having some problems with mine cause apparently im right at the cut off date for a certain wiring harness, Some cars built my month have it, others dont. Im starting to kind of sort it, i got the phone paired and communicating but im not getting sound now. Im going away tomorrow for a week. Ill give u a buzz when i get back

Beautiful area! Property values seem to be pretty stable, lots of transplants have located there in the past 10-15 years. If you find something for a good price in a desirable location, I would jump on it.
Where do you live?
