    "AS IS" vehicle sales

I am very concerned about vehicles that are sold "AS IS". The many accidents that have occurred resulting in loss of lives involving "AS IS" vehicles should draw the wrath of parents, spouses, friends, and most definitely auto insurance companies across the continent.

I am but one of many who believe "AS IS" vehicle sales should be outlawed and "lemon laws" have a wider coverage to make used vehicle dealers more accountable.

All houses and cars are sold "As is"

That's the way it's always been. People don't have to write "as is" for it to be "as is." All real estate contracts say "As is" in the fine print but nobody understands/reads it. Cars are know different. Buyer beware, caveat emptor it's the law of the land.
