Re: Got a ticket in Rhome Tx. 84 mph in a 70 mph
Call the court and inquire about deferred adjudication (probation). If they don't offer that then defensive driving should be an option. If you don't want to take DD then call a local ticket atty (James Mallory or Randall Scott) and ask for a referral to an atty for that county.

Re: Got a ticket in Rhome Tx. 84 mph in a 70 mph
I am working a ticket now also. I was on I-10 west bound to Houston. West of Beaumont where I-10 goes to 3 lanes, the speed drops to 65 MPH. I was stopped for 73 in a 65.
Check out www.GetAPlan.com. Tickets are covered under the Family plan for no additional cost.
