Hey, sorry it took so long to reply. I called your guy but he said he doesn't do stuff on his own anymore. He referred me to Switzer Carline, and while they were okay, they were no better or worse than Ellis. Unfortunately in such a small market, it's hard to find somebody really reliable with these kinds of cars.

I just got my muffler replaced at Ellis and I'm really happy with it. It came to about $500 installed, which isn't horrible. I have to admit, they're very nice people and Jack (I think) DOES know a lot about BMWs and imports in general. Certainly a friendlier atmosphere than Carline, so I think I'll just stick with them.

They've got a website now, too:
