Some dyno numbers..... (BIG pic)
Hey gang! Just wanted to say hey, and post some recent dyno numbers. They're of my brother's 1995 Euro 3.8l M5. Just got it back from Turner MotorSport this past week after some much needed repair. Front EDC 3 shocks bit the dust, among a few other things. Also wanted to squeeze out the last little bit of power from the engine. So, we ordered a set of straight pipes to replace the cats from SuperSprint, the rear section (in place of the resonator there are more straight pipes), and the muffler itself is a SuperSprint piece. 100% SS all the way back (except the headers). Car was making 317-318rwhp as of the last time he had it dynoed. Now, it makes 322rwhp. I can't remember what it was making torque-wise then. Pretty decent gain for just an exhaust. Plus, it sounds really good. Anybody want the rest of the stock exhaust system? Good set of Euro cats, resonator, and muffler........
I'll post some pics of the car later.

Yeah, I've got it....
I have both the catalytic converter and the rear muffler. Both in good condition. No holes, very little rust (car spent most of its life in Fl and TX) on them. Just the usual dis-coloration from high heat. They're being shipped to me this coming week, as I couldn't fit them in the car. I'll try to get some pics when they arrive from Turner. They might make a difference on the 3.6l M5, but I can't be positive, nor will I make any claims there-of. I'd be really reasonable with the price, since they are worth only what someone will pay for them. The only thing that would suck is the shipping on the cat and rear resonator, since they are one piece, and I didn't have Turner cut them up.

I wouldn't think so...
the exhaust on this car is pretty well optimized from the factory. They got pretty much about all there is to get out of the 3.8l motor. So the 4-5rwhp (maybe 7 crank hp) is prety respectable. I knew that it was probably not worth it for the power/money, but the sound alone, and the fact that it didn't lose power was good enough.
