Stay away from Xtec products
I purchased two HID Xtec ballasts one year ago. One failed within 3 month of purchase, second just failed now a year and three days after purchase. Xtec guys refused to honor warranty by unending 'talk to this guy' chain and eventually not responding to any further communications. Poor product, poor customer support – stay away.

I am sorry you had a bad experience with an X-Tec product. We sell and support X-Tec Xenon/HID kits and are probably the largest distributor in the US. We have found them to be excellent products with few defects. When they do occur, we readily replace whatever needs replacing, free of charge.
We have carried other brands in the past and overall have found X-Tec to be very good compared to many OEM brands.
I am assuming that you did not buy your kit directly from us. However, if you need support, or technical help you can alsways contact us.

I need to get some information from you and I will def. see what I can do. If it's an authentic X-Tec product purchased from a X-Tec dealer then we shouldn't have any problems doing so.
