    synthetic: M1 15w50 or Castrol 10w30

    1990 Euro E34 M5

Car has had both Mobil1 15w50 and Castrol 10w30 run in it and leaks ZERO oil. It was a FL car, but has been relocated to MI. Car currently has Castrol 10w30 in it. My question is, what is the best oil to be using in the MI weather? I am thinking I will stick with Castrol 10w30, but looking for any and all info and/or advice and/or opinions.

    TIA :)

The best is to use 15W-50 in summer and 0W-40 in winter. Mobil 1 also has a new 10W-40.
