    a word of advice

    for all you bmw people who are planning to lower your bmw with lowering suspension or likewise
    a word of advice remember how unpartictable your front end is and remember to have new thrust bushes and sway bar links fitted as only a short time will pass and the dreded shimmy will creep up on you and youll be scratching your head
    ive been there dont do it its not worth it

    I had my E34 lowered and got the shimmy, but >

    then got the thrust bushes changed and no problemo afer that at all!

    So long as you change and uprate this known 'weakling' 5 series front suspension (E39 included!), lowering is fine!
