    Awsome post. Thanks ...

Not as good as your day, but ...

I was glued to the history channel all day on Sunday. They had some great programs on "anything" airplane.

Wonder how many Z8s fit in the C-5

Could be handy for rounding up the Roadfly group and jetting over the pond to run around with are friends in Europe.

    Anybody want to pitch in?

    Andrew -

I thought you had a rule about cross posting pictures :)

    that isn't a cross post, it's a link.....

but you are indeed quite right that I generally won't put shots that have been seen here in the Gallery because I do a great deal of PhotoShop work on the images to make them look as good as possible, and don't want to waste my time and energy on something that has already been seen here.

BTW thanks for the fax, really great info, but the quality isn't clear enough for me to scan and upload it :-(

    Andrew -

Just kidding about the pictures... Yours looked absolutely great! If you believe that posting the soft top instructions would bring value to your web site members, I would be happy to mail you a set so you can scan them in. If so, just email me the address to mail them to.

yes please, I think that everyone should be aware

of that warning "...if you scratch the paint on the frame it must be replaced because the magnesium will continue to oxidize."

I certanly wasn't aware our soft top frames were magnesium, or that it could be so serious if they got a scratch. Since we are moving towards a time when early owners may be considering a 'cloth swap' everyone should know how delicate and fragile the frames are.

    my email is [email protected]

    Thanks so much!! :-)
