    she stays inside all night at home and all day at work. Come to think of it I don't think she has a block heater. That must be an option.

    No but i may start. Car in insulated..

    but non-heated garage at home. Temp usually about 10*c above outside temp in garage but car sounds like a diesel on morning start up.
