winter wheels and tires for new M5
Guy's quick question...
I have set of BMW OEM 18'wheels (wheels are off 2004 530 sport pkg) with a snows, that im currently using on my 2004 530. you think i can use them on my up-coming M5?

Its time to go for my 2001 X5 and I'll be selling my 530 as well ones M5 arrives...G500 my wifes car.for me snow days here in Boston i'll be driving my daily driver A3 3.2 S-line. I have set of snows on 18' BMW wheels and instead of selling it i was thinking to keep it for M5 just in case if they fit...
If not i'll be selling them on ebay soon...------------------------------------------------------------

just my opinion but I don't think you'd enjoy the
car to much with these tires unless they are H rated snows. Regular non-performance snow tires are going to ride rough and on cold dry pavement you might burn out the light bulb for the traction control light even in P400 mode. It would probably be a lot like driving an AMG Mercedes.
