...some non-leather surfaces too. I think I will go for that and have my friend professionally redye my whole interior. Will post some pics soon as that is done.

    I'll bite...

Buffalo also come from Asia, and due to travellers/invaders, they were introduced into North Africa (not the same buffalo as are native to Sub-Saharan Africa) and some parts of Europe. In fact there are still water buffalo in Italy and Azerbaijan (and possibly elsewhere in Europe)

In fact, a cheese that has defined an 'important' part of numerous coutries' food spectrum (namely pizza) owes something to the water buffalo in Italy. What? Well, if you didn't already know this, mozzarella cheese is traditionally (and was originally) made exclusively from water bufflo milk, in the Campania region in Italy.

Of course the stuff we usually find on our pizzas is nothing like the proper fresh original-style Italian mozzarella, since it's factory produced and made from cow's milk. I haven't personally tasted proper fresh buffalo mozzarella.

    Some links:

What would we do without Google or the internet?

North Americans used to (and sometimes still do) refer to the Bison that widely roamed this continent as Buffalo... they even named a city after it!
