I am being shafted - Anyone have email contacts?

Hi, I have looked everywhere but I cannot find any of BMW bigwigs email addresses to file a serious complaint and thought I would try here to see if anyone knew of any...Basically United BMW of Gwinnett, Georgia is not honoring my “Full maintenance program upgrade agreement.” When I leased my BMW X5 on June 4, 2002, I leased for 42 months. In 2002 BMW warranties only lasted 36 months, so an extended warranty was thrown into my package. BMW owned the car, so they wanted it covered. They said it did not exist...well I am a filer and wouldn't ya know I had a copy :) Even with it they are denying my warranty - buggers, any ideas of who to complain to...my next step is a laywer but who has the $ for that...I am being stiffed by the big man! Help!!!

Send a formal notice to the BMW dealer and attach a copy of your extended warranty. Send a cc to BMW North America (google address).

Wait 30 days and file a small claim action for maximum allowed in your state...~$3K. You will probably never reach court but if you do just present the paper work and let them repond to the judge.

You will be very surprised how reponsive the other party becomes when the sheriff deliveries their invitation!
