Best BMW Service Dept in SE Mass?

I recently bought my first BMW that is still under warranty (an '03 330CI) and I have to decide where to have it serviced. My choices are basically Norwell or Hyannis. I've been to Trans-Atlantic in Hyannis for parts over the last several years, and stopped to chat with the service writer (forget his official title) and I was not at all impressed - a kid that didn't seem to care about anything which is pretty consistent with my experience in their Parts Dept. Does anybody have experience with the Norwell dealer? I suppose I should consider the dealer in Norwood, but that's harder for me to get a ride to/from....

Any input would be appreciated.....

facility but now I use an indy because I'm out of warranty. Check out the main E39 board, look for JimLev. He is familiar with Norwell.
