Switching from wood interior to aluminum-cost???
Just visiting here--as I have a 91 M5. I helping a friend pick up a 2000 M5. He really wants one with the aluminum trim on the interior--but he found a great car with wood trim. What would be the cost to switch the parts out?

Or find another 2000 owner that wants to trade
it's not too terribly difficult to R&R the trim yourself which would save labor (that's in addition to the $700 quoted).
