Any philly area guys try German Auto Specialists?
My relationship with Bavarian Specialties is over.
Apparently he would get upset if I couldn't predict that my water pump or radiator or oxygen sensor was going to go out and I needed to pop in without an appt.
He did good work, but his attitude sucked after 4 years of faithfully going to him. Extremely upsetting to me. But anyow...
Sooo, I need to find a new mechanic in the area and someone with an audi recommended German Auto Specialists in plymouth meeting.
Anyone have any experience with these guys?
Bimmerworks in West Chester is out of business.

Re: Any philly area guys try German Auto Specialis
It's been a few years since I've been there, and when I did go it was for my A2 and A1 Jettas.. They did good work, and loaners usually available, but I thought they were a bit pricey for a nearly 20 year old Jetta. (Of course, I was a broke undergrad at the time.) Not sure what model you have, but on any given day I would see e21's, e28's and e30's sitting in the lot, in addition to the newer models.
Be warned, they have no Saturday hours, so you have to get your car there on a weekday.
