    RUDE folks over there at Umnitza! When the use the

    term "customer service" take that with a grain of salt. All I asked for was a package price for lighting for my 3 series and got some attitude and advise to "go back to the website and find it there" not even attempting to respond to the question I had asked.I e-mailed them because the fender repeaters for my car weren't listed in the first place. I can imagine the help I'd get if I was looking for my order!

    Lovely and poigniant reading but I got

    rude terse answers and the guy who still hasn't answered the one simple question I asked. I've gone about 10 e-mails.
    All I wanted to know was how much an e46 package of corner,fender and tail lights would be shipped to my zip. That's it.I didn't ask him the square root of PI.
    If you ask me how much my product is I tell you (and Thank You for asking to boot) it's simple. He complained he had no time but had time enough for the 10 e-mails none of which answered my question. I'm at a loss here. It seems so easy but the guy makes it difficult04 E46 325i Sport,Manual e46 Silver Grey/Black leather.

    I've emailed them with a bunch of questions and guys, the response was prompt, polite, just real friendly. I went back and forth on the emails with them as I had more questions to some of their answers and each time - was just a great experience.

    I had damaged goods, missing and incomplete manuals, defective products and refused to honor warranty. What customer service? Guy is a crook.

    Not my experience. Friendly, returned my phone call, bought twin e39 M5 clear corners, fast shipping. What else do you need? Have right side clear corner, angel eyes for sale new in box.
