I just drain and refill, unless I remove the motor
but if you DO power flush the coolant, and it is a good idea on occasion, then remember to mix your coolant in the proper proportion with regard to the water you flush with that gets left in the low spots. Power flushing isn't neccessarily for getting debris or sediment out, but more for a 100% change of solution.
