Solvent-based vs Water-based Epoxy

I assume the solvent-based epoxy kits are better as they are more expensive. But how much better? Are they more durable? Basically, are they worth getting?

The kits I'm looking at are the Rustoleum EPOXYShield Professional Floor Coating (2 part Solvent-Based) and the Rustoleum EPOXYShield Garage Floor Coating (2 part Water-Based).


I've been trying to find the 2 Car Garage "all in one" bucket as pictured at the below Lowes link, but none of the stores around me seem to have it. Looks like I need to call of few of the local hardware stores in the morning and see if they sell it.
