ok - who am I battling against on this?
I am not really interested in getting into a bidding war.
I spoke to Frank today and he said he is thinking of making another run of these pipes and needs about 10 people to get it going. Just FYI...He also said that he alway says this will be his last production of them, but somehow there always seems to be another run.

Re: How do you like it?
I have a stock exhaust system. It's actually more quiet than the cat at idle because there are no heat shields to rattle. The only increase in noise is during acceleration. Even when going along on the freeway, the noise level is the same as with the cat.
Fit is excellent and I like having the O2 sensor off to one side rather than in the middle. It's much easier to deal with every 2 years. I run it open loop with the O2 sensor diconnected.

Re: SOUNDS RASPY AND SWEET
Horsepower/torque gains are debateable until the second comming since no one has an dyno figures to share......but Devinder is right, the decibel level is like stock except at full throttle when the rasp gave me goose bumps everytime! Hopefully, rebuild project will be done soon and we'll see what other sweet sounds the addition of headers make. FYI, the stock US exhaust is less restrictive than the Euro muffler to make up for the addition of a cat. So if take the cat off and the "noise" bothers you, (you shouldn't be driving an M5, haha) you can replace the muffler with a more restrictive Euro muffler.
