Re: Driivers seat wear
I noticed some wear on the outside bolster of my Chateau sport seat after only 4500 miles and will note to dealer on first scheduled service visit. The stitching is slightly frayed. Also, noticed a small bump in seat bottom at the leading edge of seat before the extension, which I will also note.

Re: Driivers seat wear
Exactly same on mine but I am at 32k+ miles so I am not sure they would cover as that seems like normal wear and tear. I take great pains to place seat as far back as possible for entry and exit for this very reason. Got a couple of small tears in console around break handle - think I did it on the TOD runs last week as we were really tossing and turning. Has some loose stuff in car and should have been TIED down.

Re: Driivers seat wear
i have 4800 miles and my seat back shows wear...i think its from my belt
anyway dealer said they would replace for me now or if i want to wait till it gets worse...i opted for now but they said they will only change it one time
i figure if it wears again ill get onto bmw north america and demand another replacement
good luck
