    Last Official Race for E46 GTR

    This weekend will probably be the last "official" race of the E46 M3 GTR at Laguna. A moment of silence...:)

    It's been a very successful run for the E46 and it will be tough to see it go.

    Yeah, those cars are what? 7 years old or something like that...
    Pretty amazing that they can even do what they can do now.

    The E90 is bigger than the current E46. I know BMW can and will make a good racer out of it, but it makes you wonder what could really be done with the Z4 M Coupe. The race version BMW produced only has 400HP, but it is lighter by quite a bit. It is unfortunate that the car does not meet ALMS specs.

    I would also love to see the 1 series being raced here in SPEED World Challenge and Grand AM Cup.

    GTR first raced here with Schnitzer at Sebring in 2001 and then the next race with PTG as well. Aah well...
