Question on 6 CD Changer and Sirrus Radio

On a 2007 X3 with Navigation, can I have both the OEM 6 CD changer and Sirrus satellite radio installed and at the same time?

Info from my dealer says no...........

    Is this true?

    Thanks for any input.

    Don't think this is correct.

unless something changed in 2007 models. Sirius installation instructions have notes regrading how to hook it up with CD changer. See http://www.bmwmotorsports.org/pdf/x3_sirius_install.pdf

These instructions are for the non-nav satellite install.

Maybe someone can post the instructions of the nav satellite install to confirm this?

My 2005 has connections for both CD changer

and Sirius and is equipped with NAV (but don't have Sirius installed).

That is good to know ........

I assume my 2007 will be wired the same when I pick it up.

I guess I should not rely on my dealer for accurate info.
